AP Race Dive and Backstroke Starts Clinic CPD

As part of the AP Race Clinic, we offer a free CPD opportunity, where you will see behind the scenes of the Race Clinic with the AP Race team, as well as the opportunity to network and interact with other coaches away from the usual coaching environment.

These opportunities will be facilitated by our Senior coach development lead, Michael Glossop, and will include access to both athlete stations (swimming and strength and conditioning) as well as an opportunity to sit in the presentation from both athletes.

This is an incredible, free opportunity to see world leading practitioners working with swimmers, hopefully inspiring you and giving you new ideas to take back into your home programmes.

The Race Clinic will round off with a full debrief from Michael and resources following the day will be shared with you.
